This is a two-hour seated luncheon in the dining room with a minimum of 25 guests. The menu includes:

[b] Traditional Caesar salad
[c] Seafood penne pasta or sesame crusted salmon steak or beef tenderloin filet mignon
[d] House red or white wine


LUNCH BUFFET
$ 45-55 USD PER PERSON

This is a one-hour reception that requires a minimum of 25 guests. The menu includes:

Bar service
Call brands with mixer, house wine, beer, soda and juice served to you and your guests by Royal Caribbean wait staff. |

One-tier sheet cake, for parties up to 25 - $2.50 USD per person
Two-tier cake, for parties from 25-50 - $4 USD per person
Three-tier cake, for parties of 50 and more - $5 USD per person
Champagne Toast
Add sparkle to your celebration by treating your guests to a glass of champagne:
One hour of champagne service - $15 USD per person
One glass of champagne for toast - $5 USD per person
Ice Carvings
Ice sculptures are available in the shape of a heart, a swan or a dolphin - $125 USD each
